Right of withdrawal

You always have the right, without giving reason, to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The full order payment will be refunded, one-way shipping costs included. The return costs however, will not be refunded.

If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date of cancellation. The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging and contain all accessories supplied.

To exercise this right, please contact us at service@avyna.eu. We will refund the order payment within 14 days after registration of your cancellation, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
