Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an In-Ground and a FlatLevel trampoline?
A FlatLevel is completely buried in the ground. An In-Ground trampoline is also partially buried but extends 20 cm above the ground. Both types of trampolines blend into the garden, unlike above-ground trampolines.
How many different types of Avyna FlatLevel trampolines are there?
We offer both round and rectangular FlatLevel trampolines from our own brand Avyna. For both shapes, we have four sizes available, ranging from 245 cm to 520 cm. We have a suitable trampoline for every garden.
Why is a safety net not required for the FlatLevel trampoline?
The FlatLevel trampoline is the only exception to the rule that has been in place since January 1, 2021. For all other trampolines, having a safety net is mandatory. Because the FlatLevel is completely embedded in the ground, a safety net is not necessary. If you later choose to add extra safety, our safety nets are also sold separately.
I ordered after 3 PM; when will my order be delivered?
If you order before 3 PM, the new flat-to-the-ground trampoline will be at your home tomorrow. If you order after 3 PM, you (or rather, the kids) will have to wait one extra day. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For all order outside the Netherlands, the transport can take up to a few days.
Can I install the flat-to-the-ground trampoline in my garden with tiles?
